I received a call from someone claiming they needed to discuss our electricity situation with the business owner. When I pressed for details, the individual stated that I was being charged excessively and alleged there was a complaint from the National Grid. It’s quite frustrating as they persistently ring me, and each time it’s a different representative. I’ve clearly explained that I do not own a business and requested that they cease contacting me, yet the calls keep coming.

Utterly absurd! There was a tremendous racket on the line, and this chap was adamant he needed to speak with the proprietor regarding our electricity matters. When I inquired whether it was a sales pitch, he firmly denied it, claiming it was concerning some sort of complaint lodged with the national grid! I suggested he drop us an email if that's truly the case, to which he chuckled and asked why I was having a laugh with him. I then pressed him for the purpose of his call, and he retorted that I was quite astute. To that, I simply said thank you and ended the call.

I'm absolutely fed up with the incessant marketing calls I get. It's relentless! They never bother to identify themselves or their company, which is incredibly frustrating. I've asked them to cease and desist, yet they persist!
