6 yearsI've received three phone calls purporting to be from EON, asserting that our contract is nearing its expiration. The oddity is, we don’t even have an arrangement with EON! They were adamant we did, and to top it off, they rang back immediately after I hung up. The moment I inquired about a call centre based in India reaching out to me, their story quickly shifted, claiming they were operating from London... and then audibly mixed up claiming they were Chinese!
