Got a call saying it was about some jury duty i supposedly had coming up. They asked me to verify my email, which they already seemed to know, and then said they'd send important details over - but i never got anything at all.

I got a call from someone claiming to be HMRC, saying there was some tax fraud thing against me. They told me to press 1 to speak to an officer or I'd be arrested soon. Totally dodgy if you ask me.

I've been struggling with Littlewoods too - they keep messing up my account by adding charges that shouldn't be there, which drags my balance into the red unfairly. What's worse, they bill you £12 for a call you never agreed to. Sure, they refund it once they realise their mistake, but then the same errors pop up again next month, like they never learn. It's a frustrating company to deal with. I'm just trying to clear my balance to be done with them, and I wouldn't suggest anyone use them. Their stuff is overpriced and not great quality either. Lately, I've had several calls like this, and after reading other comments, I think I know who's behind them. I've arranged a payment plan with Littlewoods, and I’m almost finished - only £27 left to pay by mid-December. Despite this, they've sent me letters and called saying I’m behind on payments, which isn’t true at all. It’s frustrating how they can’t seem to get their facts right before bothering people!
