8 yearsI recently encountered a similar situation where a caller refused to disclose how they obtained their details regarding a washing machine cover. When I pressed for clarification, they abruptly ended the call. Quite suspicious, if you ask me!8 yearsI received a rather suspicious call informing me that my washing machine cover was due for renewal and that they could offer me a reduced rate. However, they had the wrong renewal date on their end. They claimed to be from a company called Service Group Provider (SGP), but my cover is certainly not with them. Then, rather abruptly, the caller mentioned that there must have been a mix-up with the information and promptly disconnected. Now, if I attempt to call back the number, I get a message stating it’s unrecognised. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!Service Group ProviderSGPSubmit Your Own Report (020 3126 2736)
