It seems like they're employing some sort of auto dialling program that just rings numbers at random until someone picks up. I’ve just received a call from this number, where a chap mentioned something about compensation. Oddly enough, earlier today, I answered another call regarding my computer, although that was from a different number: 0019898216962. I informed both of these callers that I’m registered with the TPS and that they really ought to take my number off their lists. Dont trust 0203 1212323, it’s one of those Accident helpline scams. They try to trick you saying theres some accident or claim info, but it’s all a load of rubbish. The moment I answered, the caller just went dead silent and dropped the call. Don’t get why they bothered ringing if they were just cold calling. Honestly, I think they’re just checking if the number’s live, which is annoying. If they try again, I’ll definitely be blocking them. I've been bombarded by this individual with an Indian accent ringing my phone relentlessly. I took the liberty of trying to block the number, but somehow, the calls keep coming through. Most of the time it's some dodgy caller from India pretending to be about a personal injury claim. If I feel like having a bit of fun, I spin them a tale about how I was paid to take someone out, and ended up running them over, but sadly some pedestrians got caught up in it too. One bloke smashed through my windscreen, and I got a small cut from the glass flying about. Can't remember the car’s plate cause it was nicked, and I burned it afterwards. They only gave me 10 grand for the job, so if they want to throw me some compensation that'd be ace! Got a call from some Indian guy claiming to be from an accident helpline. Funny thing is, only my family should have my number, so I’m not sure how he got it. I kept telling him to take me off their list but he just kept cutting me off and trying to push whatever service he was offering. Oh, and my provider is Sky. Really annoying!

About the number 001 203 121 2323, I received a call from them around 7 in the evening yesterday. The operator seemed to be from an Indian call centre. Their initial pitch was something along the lines of, "We've been informed that someone associated with this number has experienced an accident in recent years." It's worth noting that my number is ex-directory and on the TPS list. I pressed them repeatedly for the name of the individual they were trying to reach, but they just ended the call.

These seem to be the run-of-the-mill nuisance calls. They go on about being from some accident and health department, probing if you’ve been in an accident. When I inquired how they obtained my number, mentioning I was inclined to report them to the authorities for breaching my privacy (they’ve rung me several times this month), they abruptly cut the line. Quite dodgy, really!
