Received a call purporting to be from Drax, the energy provider. They were probing for details about our company and requested names for their invoices-info that they ought to already possess. The English spoken was rather poor, and the attitude was somewhat impolite. Despite the number being from the UK, the voice carried an accent that seemed like it was from miles away.
