I'm put on the TPS list but still get these calls all the time, probably scams or telemarketers. Honestly, I just don't pick up anymore. Seems like the list doesn't stop them at all.

got a silent call just now, honestly they should be fined for this! I reported them here and made a comment. If enough of us do this, maybe something will actually be done. A hefty fine like £500k might teach them a lesson and stop this rubbish for good.

Got a call from an automated voice right after picking up, it just said "goodbye" and then cut off. Ive been ex directory for ages now, about 3 years, and this is the first random call Ive received in all that time. Bit annoying, to say the least.

i got a call from this number but no one was there when i picked up. i ended up putting the phone down 'cause i heard the line clicking, knew who it was. i've signed up to the do not call list so i dunno why they keep trying, these calls come at least a few times every week.

My BT8500 just blocked that call without me even noticing since it isn’t saved in my contacts. Probably one of those car insurance scam calls, which is basically the only kind of nuisance call I get on both my home phone and mobile. Honestly, I think someone’s got hold of both numbers because only my close family and a few mates know my mobile. I’ve got a separate phone for work and random stuff, so it’s weird that they rang me on both the landline and my family mobile today.

Called by Accident Helpline, the people on the other end were super rude and just plain dumb. Total jerks, honestly.

I got a phone call from this number on the 5th of April, 2016, and when I attempted to return the call, it turned out the number wasn't valid! Quite peculiar, if you ask me! 🤔📞

No joy with that number - it rang and rang like a dog barking for attention. When we tried to give it a call back, all we got was some automated drivel telling us that the number didn't exist. Quite baffling, really!
