They said they were from O2, but when I questioned it, they said they'd send me a security code to say back to them. They also said they could ring me back from the real O2 number, but if they were genuine, why didn’t they do that first? O2 actually warn that if someone on the line asks for your code, it’s NOT them. I also called O2 myself to check my account and they said they hadn’t contacted me at all. This number is definitely a scam. Don’t pick up. If you do, NEVER give them the code. If you’ve already done it, ring O2 right away by dialing 202 from your O2 phone.
