Tried getting a call from this number earlier today, Thursday 22/09/2016. When a number isn’t saved in my contacts, I always expect the caller to introduce themselves - if they do, chances are I’ll get a callback. I’ve found a way around this, and annoying calls just don’t make it through. It’s a bit pricey, but call barring features on the BT8610 do the trick. This number, along with a couple others mentioned here, has been ringing me a few times claiming to be from UK Preference. They don’t bother staying on the line if you don’t spill your personal info right away - just quickly end the call. Pretty annoying tactic if you ask me.

Got a call from a woman with what sounded like a Far East accent, she wanted to talk to me about some United Kingdom Preference and said she had three questions. She knew my name but when I told her that person wasn’t here, she asked if I was family. I just said I didn’t want to take part. Then she told me to "shutup" before cutting the call. Quite rude!
