I picked up the phone, but there was nothing on the other end before it disconnected.

I noticed that I had missed a whopping eight calls from a number I don't recognise. Curiosity got the better of me, so I tried ringing it back to see who was trying to reach me. However, I couldn’t get through because the line was perpetually engaged. I suspect this might be some sort of spammer trying their luck.
