Avoid that so-called "Housing Disrepair Team" at all costs, they’re proper dodgy scammers. When I told them to get lost, they just rang me back from a different phone number and kept the line ringing without hanging up. They even dropped an address: 90 South Park NG19 5DT - which anyone with half a brain knows isn’t real. Total rubbish!

This number belongs to some dodgy outfit named Housing Disrepair Claims that’s always ringing me up trying to scam people into bogus claims against housing associations. They keep calling from loads of different UK numbers, but the people answering are all from India or Pakistan. I had a bit of fun messing with them once, and then this exact number phoned back with the bloke on the line threatening to #### me and saying he’d blow me up. Lovely lot, really.
