I got loads of calls all in a single day, but I ignored them cos the number didn’t look familiar or anything.

I must say, Azeem, Shoaib, and Shoaib's father, Sharif, do seem to have a bit of a dubious reputation. It’s troubling to consider the sort of upbringing those children must have, given the questionable character of their family. Quite the unsavory lot, if I may say so! Quite frankly, it's rather amusing how these sorts of things come full circle.

Got a phone call from someone pretending to be with SSE, promising cheaper rates. When I told them I already worked there, they suddenly switched and said they were from some insurance firm. Definitely a scam, watch out!

got a call today from someone saying they were from british gas, saying our business contract was due for renewal and that we had credit. they wanted me to confirm the meter number and other details, but i didn’t give anything away. then they told me the new rates and tried to get me to agree on the spot. i said no and asked them to send the details by email instead, but as soon as i said that, they just hung up. watch out, these people are definitely scammers!

i got a call from someone claiming to be from opus energy saying i needed to ring this number to confirm my electricity contract renewal. it sounded dodgy to me, so i contacted opus directly and they said it wasn’t them. definitely felt like a phishing attempt, no clue who these people really were!

I received a call claiming to be from Npower, and they even had the MPAN and the meter serial number to boot! I firmly informed them that I wasn’t ready to make any decisions on the spot and that I’d reach out at a later time. Truthfully, I have no intention of doing so.

He mentioned it was up for renewal in January, but we actually sorted it out back in November. He also probed about whether we had a broker involved and asked for the agent's name! Quite odd, really.
