They had previously claimed to be from the DVLA's accident claims department, but they quickly ended the call once I began probing for more details. The caller had a distinctly strong Indian accent, which leads me to believe they're operating from India, despite the number appearing as a London one. They jumped straight into it, stating they were conducting a survey, but didn’t even bother to check if I was interested in participating. Before I could hear the first question, I promptly interrupted with, "Kindly refrain from calling me again." I've blocked the number now, but I wouldn’t be surprised if they ring back from a different one.
