Got a ring from a lady asking if I was Mrs ...... I asked who was calling and she said Consumer Exchange. When I asked what it was about, she asked my name once more. I told her I hadn’t been that person for ages, so she then asked for my first name. After I told her, she said it was about an accident I supposedly had. I just hung up.
