Loud call centre ringing me up. They said something like "I'm Shirley, are you the owner of the business?" I replied, "He isn't here right now, would you like to leave a message?" and then they just hung up on me. So rude and totally ignorant. Blocked as spam on our office phone now.

I got a call from a call centre claiming they were ringing for 118. Didn’t even let them get a word in, it sounded like rubbish to me.
