A bloke rang up, talking really quick about some company called "SRB" or something, offering to cover my washing machine for just £60 instead of £90. I told him straight up, I don't deal with cold calls like that.

Got a loud call from what sounded like a call centre about some insurance for my washing machine that I definitely don’t have. Total scam alert! They did have my house number, which was a bit creepy. After I told them off and ended the call, they rang straight back in under two minutes but hung up as soon as it went to my answering machine. Really annoying!
