They were really pushy about me giving an electronic signature straight away. I told them I had to read through all the documents first before I’d sign anything. Seemed pretty shady to me.

Oh great, same old story again. They tell me “we've been told you were in an accident that wasn’t your fault”. Then when I try to find out who told them and what info they’re working with, they just cut me off. Last time they actually handed me over to a 'supervisor', who kept repeating the same spiel before ending the call. Bloomin’ annoying!
