I got a call from someone claiming to be BT tech support, sounded like they were abroad with all the call centre buzzing noises in the background. I cut them off quick, told them I was ending the call, then hung up. I’ve actually contacted BT before to see if they were trying to get hold of me, and they told me that if there’s any issue, it’s up to ME to call them back, they wouldn’t call me first!
