In January, this number attempted to send me a message through a messaging app, but I chose to ignore it. I appreciate the heads-up regarding this. It’s a shame that these rascals can’t be put in their place.

Like others have mentioned, I received a message claiming that I had missed a call from this number; however, when I checked my call history, there were no indications of any missed calls at all. Quite puzzling, really!

This particular phone number hails from the UK, yet it’s being utilised by a dodgy Indian operation. They’ll spin you a yarn about being from Microsoft, claiming they’ve detected serious virus issues on your computer. Shortly after, they'll instruct you to sit at your PC, urging you to press Ctrl + R and enter a command that will cause your screen to go black. They’ll insist this is proof that your machine is compromised. Subsequently, they’ll demand a fee-amounts can vary-before revealing how to get your screen back to normal. I strongly advise against answering this call, and if you do happen to pick up, don’t hesitate to tell them to P*SS OFF!

I suspect this number belongs to a firm named R Sole, who seem to specialise in nonsense. The chap running the show is a fellow called Mr Imaw Anker, and they appear to excel at wasting precious time in the marketing sector. If you need to get in touch with someone from their team, try reaching out to Mrs Ann Oying at their rather cheeky address located on Don’t Care Street, London.
