Had the exact same thing happen, some woman called Julie Stables from Feasible Contact Solutions saying I’d been in a recent car crash (which I definitely haven’t). When I asked where she got my details, she just talked right over me and started asking about other kinds of 'accidents', like health ones. I made it clear I wanted my number removed from their records, but she just kept cutting me off and repeating her questions. In the end, I just hung up and blocked the number.

I picked up the phone and a woman started talking about a car crash, then she just cut the call right away.

Later, my pay-as-you-go provider sent me a message with my updated balance, so I guess I got charged just for picking up.
