So, yesterday I got in touch with TalkTalk about a problem with my phone and internet. Later on, I got a call from this London number and the guy claimed to be from BT Openreach. Then he tried to get me to install some app called AnyDesk, which I knew lets people access your devices remotely. I wasn’t having any of it, so I asked him for a number to confirm he really was from Openreach. Instead of helping, the bloke got quite nasty and then just hung up on me. I’m pretty worried since I did report an issue in the first place!
