Got a call from a guy with an Indian accent saying he was from BT, claiming my IP address was exposed. He asked what devices I was using, I said just the TV and my post box. Then he wanted to know if anyone else in a different house was using it. I said I wasn’t sure. He said he could block it and asked for my postcode. I asked why he needed that and told him just to block whatever’s causing the problem so I wouldn’t get more scammers calling. Then he suddenly cut the call. I kept him on the line for about 10 minutes before he hung up.
