Cheers for the info. After seeing all the comments, I've figured out it's O2 calling. They buzz me every now and then. I’ve got an old pay-as-you-go deal, so I don’t have to top up if I don’t want to. They must be pretty desperate for cash if they keep ringing! Whenever they say who they are, it's always O2. I usually just ask them if everything's alright, they always say yes and then I just go “oh right, fine then, cheers” and hang up.

Every weekday without fail, they ring me and it’s honestly starting to annoy me. I never answer their calls. Just had this sudden thought and decided to add their number to my phone as a contact named ‘Blocked’. Then, I went straight into my phone settings and blocked that contact. From now on, any strange or unknown number I get, I’m just adding it to that same ‘Blocked’ contact instead of cluttering my phone with loads of new ones, and then blocking them all at once.
