Got a call from this number, someone said they were from IP and warned me about some illegal stuff happening on my line!

This bloke called me saying I was owed a refund on a payday loan I supposedly had before. I told him I never took out any payday loan, and then he quickly said sorry, must be the wrong person. Thing is, he actually asked for me by name!!!

02033029962 A woman with a thick Indian accent rang me claiming to be from some call blocking company. She already knew my name and address which was worrying. She said starting tomorrow I wouldn't get any more annoying calls from overseas and then mentioned my debit card linked to their service was expired. That was when I got suspicious and ended the call. I tried ringin the number back but it wasn’t even real.
