This number has been ringing me loads since 5/10/22.. They keep calling morning and evening every day. Tried blocking it but somehow they still get past. I even texted them once and then they blew up my phone with like 20 calls in just half an hour. Proper annoying!

Today, on 4th October 2022, around 4 in the afternoon, I got a call from someone claiming to be BT, checking up on my phone and broadband. I was onto them straight away, knew it was a scam, and told them to stop bothering me. Since I’ve got BT broadband and phone myself, and use a call blocker, I blocked the number right away and it went straight to junk. BT actually gives me one of the cheapest deals going for pensioners or those on benefits - my bill’s just about £15 a month, down from about £40 with extras included - so there was no way this bloke was from BT.
