I told the bloke I'd give o2 a quick buzz to confirm if it was genuine and promised to call him back if it checked out. Surprise surprise - he just cut the call on me!

Got a call from this number earlier, can't remember which company she said she was from, but she was trying to sell me a better deal than the one I’ve already got. I told her I wasn’t interested, and she tried a couple more times, but I just kept saying no thanks. Then she wished me a good day and ended the call. I got a call from some bloke trying to sell me a discount on my "Autonet" just like a few others have said here. When I told him I wasn’t keen, he snapped at me with “now you listen to me!” I gave it right back to him, saying there was no way I was gonna listen. Then I hung up and blocked the number straight away.
