My missus picked up the phone but she wasn’t wearing her hearing aid at the time. The caller sounded really rude and quite pushy too. She had no idea who was on the other end of the line. The number showed up as Virgin Media, which is odd as we don’t have any dealings with them at all. When I tried calling back to sort it out and tell them what I think, the line just went dead and said the number was out of service for now. They told me to try again later, but honestly, I can’t be bothered.
