6 yearsBack at the end of 2019, my mum - she’s quite old - got a letter with this number on it, saying she owed some money. I looked into it and told her to just ignore it since it was a scam. Lately she’s been getting calls with messages saying the debt’s increased because she hasn’t paid, and she’s got to call back and sort it out straight away. It’s crazy that these tricksters are still at it after two years, why aren’t they stopped yet???7 yearsMy brother-in-law got a letter demanding £112 be paid immediately. It came on official paper from Zoom Telecom, Crown House, 4th Floor, Suite 400, London NW10 7PN. He’s a BT customer, but apparently Zoom took over his line and blocked BT completely. The phone number on the letterhead was 02030393910. He’s quite old and poorly, so this feels really like harassment and is quite intimidating. The Police have been informed because BT hasn’t been able to restore his service, and now they have to rely on mobile phones instead.Zoom TelecomCrown House4th FloorSuiteLondonBTZoomPolice7 yearsGot a call today that seemed to be from TalkTalk’s tech team saying my internet would be cut off starting today. They told me to press one if I wanted to stop it. Bit dodgy if you ask me, definitely a scam.TalkTalk7 yearsGot a recorded call claiming to be TalkTalk, saying my internet and phone line would be cut off unless I pressed 1 to talk to an engineer or 2 to keep my service.
