My mate got a call from this number claiming to be from O2, offering a free tablet or watch and a cheaper data plan around £6 as a welcome deal for customers who'd been switched over from Virgin without asking. When I checked with O2, they said it was definitely a scam. Things got worse though, because now O2 are trying to bill him for an iPhone which was sent out by fraudsters, charging something like £70 a month! Honestly, stay clear of this number, it’s trouble.
