I stayed calm and asked if he'd ever been hit with a baseball bat and ended up in hospital. That seemed to rile him up, and he shouted a nasty insult before hanging up. These days, most phones let you block annoying scammers, so that's what I'd suggest everyone do. Also, the number ‘Albert’ called from wasn’t even genuine.
