Scam Alert - Housing Fraud. These people aren’t from the Council or Housing Dept at all. They’re fraudsters trying to scam you out of your bank card details. Absolutely 100% a con. Don’t trust a word they say. Just hang up or block the call straight away. I’ve already reported the number to Action Fraud, who knew about it and are working on getting a court order to trace and shut it down for prosecution.
