4 yearsReceived a call from a chap who identified himself as Martin, representing a firm called RnR, which apparently deals with home repairs and insurance. Unfortunately, I didn’t manage to catch the initial “R”. He rang my elderly mother, insisting that all her appliances required immediate cover renewal. I informed him that was nonsense, which sparked a rather heated exchange. I ended up terminating the call. He then had the nerve to ring me back, claiming I had no right to cut him off and that he would contact my mother again. Then, he abruptly ended the conversation himself. I’m reporting this as I find his approach highly inappropriate, and I certainly don’t want my mum receiving any more calls from someone so aggressive.
