Weird thing, was meant to be a hotel over in Wales. The voice was American and sounded completely pre-recorded.

So, I booked a hotel and then the next day I wanted to cancel it. I rang this number and a guy picked up, but he didn’t speak much English so it was a bit hard to get what he was saying. He asked me for my name and phone number, and after a bit he said the booking was cancelled. I got an email confirming the cancellation too. Just hoping everything's alright after seeing some of the reviews on here.

This so-called booking agency isn’t legit, the phone number they list on their site claims it's for Malmaison but it’s actually fake. Don’t fall for it.

I called this number after seeing it on a dodgy website that was supposed to be for the Windmill Hotel in Clapham. There were loads of weird clicking noises, and it was clear it wasn’t actually the hotel. Definitely felt off.
