i kept getting calls from this bloke who just kept saying "louis" over and over, but on one call he finally muttered "tss" and then hung up straight away. he told me they’d been taking care of my washing machine for a few years, which sounded a bit odd. when i asked who arranged it, he dropped my name and even recited my address - which freaked me out a bit. they’ve called me every single day for more than a week now, but this was the only time anyone actually spoke to me. proper unsettling!
