I told her if I was owed anything then just send it to me now. She snapped back quite rudely, something like “Do you think I’m some kind of f##king charity?” I told her “Sorry, what?” Then she asked again if I had received the compensation I was meant to. I told her again to just send the money owed. She ended with “We are not a charity, you can f##k off.” Proper awful attitude!
