When I questioned how I could be sure they were genuinely from O2, their response was rather rude; they told me to leave it alone and then had the audacity to call me an idiot! I had a rather tedious encounter with someone posing as O2, claiming they were giving discounts on mobile plans. I swear, I had to ask him to repeat himself at least fifty times before I grasped what he was rambling on about. Absolute scammers, if you ask me!
