Been getting calls like 4 or 5 times a day from the same number. Every time I pick up and say hello, it clicks and then silence. Told them I'd report them if they called again and hung up, but an hour later they rang again. Listened to what they were saying this time - they told me to switch on my computer. Said I was in bed feeling rubbish, but they kept saying they’d wait. I asked if they were trying to sell me something for my PC, then just ended the call. It’s proper annoying me now, but I can’t just ignore the phone since I get calls from my doctors and hospital too. Hopefully these annoying calls stop soon!

I don’t say a word when they call, usually they just end the call quick. I’m not scared of these calls, but I feel really bad because my elderly neighbour gets really upset by them. It’s just horrible they can bother her like that in her own house.

I just got a call from this number with a strong Asian accent, saying they were from some Microsoft support team warning me about a virus on my computer (which is a bit odd since I don't even have a PC!). I asked for their company details and address, and they gave me one, but couldn't provide a proper registered company number. They said they were from Computer Service Centre at 12 Bridewell Place, London, EC4V 6AP. Turns out, that's a legit business, but these folks were just scammers pretending to be them. I rang up the actual company to let them know. The guy on the phone got pretty annoyed with all my questions, but by the end I just told him off and hung up!

Got a call from this number, and they tricked my folks into thinking their PC was acting up. They somehow convinced them to let them access the computer remotely. After that, they just shut it down and claimed there was a virus. Then they asked for £70 to 'sort it out'. Luckily, my mum double-checked with me before handing over any cash. Turns out, the only problem was that they had accidentally put the PC in 'safe mode'. These people are definitely scammers; this number should be blocked for good.

Last night about half past nine, I got a call from this number. The country code showed it was from the UK, which made me wary straight away since I don’t have any contacts there. When I answered, the bloke asked if I was the person who owns the number, which set off alarm bells. Then he started rambling on about something wrong with my computer, so I just hung up immediately.

I get calls from these lot at least four times daily, every single day without fail! It's nearly always the same bloke. When I ask to speak to a manager, they turn all cocky. They kick off by wanting you to confirm your name, address, phone number and so on. After three months of this nonstop pestering, I lost it and just ended the call. Proving how daft they are, the guy rings back asking why I cut them off! When I told him, he just started laughing! I’m battling two terminal cancers and usually by myself when my missus heads off to work (she really has no choice). I just got a call from this number but it was completely dead silent - such a shame, I usually like to mess around with these calls! When those Microsoft scam people ring me, I pretend my PC is ancient and takes ages to boot up, dragging it out for like five minutes. Then I go through their stupid flag quizzes, purposely muddling up the instructions whenever I can and throwing silly questions back at them. Usually, I get fed up eventually and claim I’m a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (which I’m not) working with Interpol on cybercrime (also not true), then I ask them for their details so I can report them to my ‘team’. That normally makes them hang up pretty quick! A mate of mine has a different trick - he tells them he’ll answer all their questions if they first listen to how he just found Jesus and wants to help them get saved too. Seems to work like a charm!

Was getting calls from people pretending to be Microsoft tech support. I just say nonsense like “custard bug” or “trifle virus” and they somehow go along with it!
