I recently renewed my car insurance through Height St brand, and judging by what others have said, I suspect they might be a bit dodgy, perhaps even ambulance chasers. Some sort of Disaster Claim or whatever - I get a call from a nearly identical number every few weeks. It goes quiet until I say "Is this about PPI?" and they reply "No, I’m after your PPI!" even though I knew exactly who they were. Proper annoying leeches, honestly.

Providers like BT or others surely have the address details of these businesses, but as long as the bills get paid, they seem not bothered about all the people getting hassled by these calls.
