I got a cover for my washing machine from this company and it’s totally legit. They made sure to tell me exactly who was on the phone before I signed up, which I appreciated. Since then, everything’s gone smoothly and they sent me all the paperwork without a hitch. No problems at all so far.

i got 3 of my appliances protected by this service and recently my cooker stopped working coz the timer broke. the part was no longer available but they replaced the whole cooker within a week which was brill. my original warranties had expired so i signed up for their cover and honestly, ive always found them reliable. leaving my review here since ive seen others say different things but from my end, this company is definitely legit and id tell folks to go for it.

Beware of these scammers claiming to be Domestic and General! They've charged my mum four times for the same appliance cover and now won’t refund a penny. I managed to track down the director’s info - Mr Wade Ball from Appliance Protection Group, 32 Lords Avenue, Leicester, Leicestershire, LE4 2HX. Complete rip-off!

Beware of this firm claiming to be Domestic & General! They managed to deceive my 74-year-old mum who suffers from dementia. I've reported them to trading standards, and Domestic & General have confirmed they're investigating this company.
