quick reply from them. then i got shoved to a “manager” who just hung up on me straight away. how is this even legal? i usually get around 10 to 15 calls every week, mostly from 020 area codes. i’m signed up to the TPS too, so i really don’t get it.

i just had a call from rapid response too, they asked if i'd been involved in an accident. i said no, but they acted like i had and kept pressing me for details like when and where it supposedly took place.

So, this bloke says he's from some place called Rapid Response and claims I’d rung about an accident, but I hadn’t called anyone at all about anything like that. When I asked who they were after, the woman couldn’t tell me a name. Then, they put me through to a guy who was just as clueless. After that, no one said a word but the line was still open, so I just ended the call.
