Dodgy call - steer clear! This bloke said he was from BT. First, he had me do a speed test, then insisted I download Teamviewer, which is a real remote access programme. After that, he asked for my Teamviewer ID so he could take control of my computer. I totally said no. Then he tried to scare me, saying I'd get a £400 fine and the cops would turn up at my door!
