I got a phone call from a lady with an accent who claimed my boiler insurance payments were going to go down. She didn't mention which company the insurance was through and then asked if I was a pensioner or not. Very odd.

This call came from abroad, and there was like a lag before we connected. The guy kept messing up my name and when I told him I had no clue who he was, he just cut me off. BT seriously needs to stop these scammers from using their lines.

I got a call from a woman with a strong accent saying my water bill was going down and I should get some money back. But when I asked her to verify my account details, she just wouldn't do it. Then she got really rude when I didn’t want to share any of my personal info. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

Had a call from a woman saying she was from Direct Maintenance Company, telling me I was owed a refund for some boiler repair and gas maintenance stuff, plus water bills. She sounded a bit lost about how things work here in the UK.
