I've just received a call from this number myself. At first, it was one of those automated messages saying, "If you’re struggling with credit issues, press one." We promptly hung up. Just a couple of minutes later, the same number tried to reach us again, but this time it was nothing but dead air. Who are these characters, and what on earth is their agenda? It's all rather baffling!

This number keeps calling but never seems to bother with leaving a message. Quite irritating, really!

I've been getting calls from this number, along with another one, and every time I answer, there's just silence on the other end. Quite annoying, really!

Honestly, this is something you could easily handle on your own without spending a penny. There's no need to rely on someone else for assistance. Even if Welcome made mistakes, it doesn't justify their intrusive behaviour. We've received four calls from these nuisances today alone! It's quite ridiculous, especially since we’ve never had PPI, as our jobs in the Public Sector mean we’ve always been paid during our time off. It's absolutely frustrating!

I've been bombarded by the same number six times in the span of half an hour today! Each time I picked up, there was absolutely nobody on the other end. When I tried to call back, I was stuck listening to endless hold music. It was beyond frustrating! Does anyone know who these callers are?

What difference does it truly make that you're part of the public sector? You're not particularly unique, are you?

We recently sought assistance from Entitlements regarding the reimbursement of Payment Protection Insurance (PPI). You see, Welcome Finance had surreptitiously tacked on this insurance to our loan without our awareness or agreement, which they had no business doing, especially as we work in the Public Sector. While the whole process took a bit of time, the payoff is certainly worth the wait. We successfully reclaimed £2,000, which has made a significant difference to our everyday finances. Hopefully, this information proves useful to others in a similar predicament. Cheers, Sue

I wouldn't place any faith in them whatsoever. This bunch operates under the guise of a money management service called the Entitlements Agency. I've been receiving unsolicited calls, and if it continues, I'll be taking action to report their harassment.

I cannot recommend enough the assistance we received from the Entitlements firm regarding our PPI recovery. For those unacquainted, PPI stands for Payment Protection Insurance, which, rather frustratingly, was tacked onto our loan by Welcome Finance without us being informed or giving any consent. As public sector employees, we certainly feel that such practices are completely unjustifiable. While the process can take a bit of time, it’s absolutely worth pursuing, especially considering the £2,000 we managed to reclaim - a significant boost to our everyday finances. Hope this information proves useful to you all, Sue.
