2 monthsBEWARE! THEY PROMISE THAT THEY’LL PAY YOU AND THEN WHEN THE CAR ARRIVES THEY SUDDENLY SAY THERE’S A PROBLEM AND THEN NEVER PAY, NOT EVEN CLOSE!2 monthsAvoid this scrap company at all costs! At first they told me it’d be £250, but when I kept trying to get hold of them - which was near impossible - they finally answered and dropped the price to a measly £70. Apparently something was “missing” and that’s why. On top of that, they told me I could either collect the car myself and pay a £150 release charge or just accept their low offer. Honestly, felt like a total rip-off. Definitely wouldn’t trust them, reckon they need to be looked into properly.3 monthsThey told me to pay within 24 hours when they took my car, but after me having to keep chasing them, they went back on the price we agreed because they claimed the catalytic converter was missing. They never showed me any proof, and since the car wouldn't start, I couldn't even pick it up. Sometimes the 'best offer' isn’t really the best at all.3 monthsI was promised £270 for my old car, but they ended up saying they'd only give me £90 once they picked it up. Even now, I haven't seen a single penny. Definitely steer clear of these people!3 monthsThey said they'd pay £350 once they see the car but then only offered me £110 or to pick it up, which is 70 miles away. I told the police it was stolen but they didn't really do anything. Now I'm waiting on the DVLA to see what they say. This needs proper looking into, there’s definitely a scam going on with loads of cars being nicked like this.DVLA3 monthsThey took my car and promised to pay me £250 within a day. After waiting a full week with no payment, I rang to chase it up. Then they said because the car was missing its catalytic converter, they’d only give me £60. Getting the car collected or back again would’ve been more expensive than what the car was actually worth.4 monthsThey said they were gonna pay £450 but in the end they’re only handing over £150. Quite disappointed with how that turned out.Quite4 monthsI got told my car was worth £450 after they checked it out. Then the driver showed up and took the car away but didn't give me the cash on spot. They promised the money would be in my account in a day, but it's still not come through.4 monthsThey said I could drive the car away immediately but had to sort the payment in the next 24 hours.4 monthsThey’ve kept my car and still haven’t handed over my cash.4 monthsHad my car picked up for scrapping but never got paid, then found out it wasn’t scrapped at all - they issued a new V5 and the car’s back out on the street!4 monthsScam alert with car deals!Scam4 monthsThey took my car away to scrap it and I never saw a penny from them.
