10 monthsWhen I changed from my old landline to a VoIP setup (thanks to BT mucking things up), I had to fiddle with this weblink to get the new TRUECALL settings sorted over a couple of days. Not sure if I got it right? Everything’s running fine now, but I keep noticing calls going out to London on the list. Might have to ring BT and sort it out. JohnLondonJohn2 yearsOver the last three months, I’ve noticed strange charges on my BT bill adding up to nearly £16. They’re marked as incoming calls, not outgoing, and my phone never actually rings. What’s odd is these happen mostly in the middle of the night. This all began after they installed a True Call Secure device on my line to block scam calls. I spoke to BT’s tech team today, but they couldn’t explain the charges and have since given me a refund. Also, I’ve got around five other 020 numbers that seem to be having the exact same issue. Ann.
