So, I got a call from some firm going by the name Premium Surveys. When I tried ringing them back, an automated voice popped up and handed me a different phone number to dial instead. Strange setup if you ask me.

this number sent me a recorded message about a delivery date for a parcel i ordered from a shop. its like a way to get texts to landlines which is handy. since anyone can use this, i guess you can't be sure if every call is genuine or a con. but it’s not really risky to hear what the recorded text says anyway.
