They ring pretty much daily but never say a word. It's strange.

For the past couple of years, our office has been getting daily calls from Thompson Underwriters, constantly pestering our staff. Lately, they’ve been ringing up but staying silent on the line - it's seriously strange behaviour. Honestly, they come across as totally unprofessional and quite harassing. There's no way we’re ever dealing with that company after how they keep calling us like this.
