I got a call from someone saying they were with BT and that there was a problem with my internet being hacked or something.

Someone rang me saying they were with BT and that my internet had some sort of problem. When I asked for proof they really worked there, they couldn’t provide any. Then they put me through to a “supervisor” who ended up shouting at me and hanging up, calling me an idiot in the process.
