I got a call from someone saying they were with BT and that there was a problem with my internet being hacked or something.

Received a call purporting to be from BT, asserting that my internet had been compromised. They failed utterly to provide any credible evidence to back up their claims. After being transferred to a so-called ‘supervisor,’ the conversation took a turn for the worse when they ended up hanging up on me after insulting me directly. Quite shocking, really!
