Got a call from Royal Advice Bureau, some bloke called Roy Bollen was handling an accident claim for me. Asked him for their Claims Management Regulation number, and he just told me my question was daft. It’s not daft at all - all claims management firms have to be registered with the Ministry of Justice. If they ring you, make sure to get all the details about their business and then report them to the MOJ.
