Some bloke with a strong European accent called saying his name was Richard Andrews and claimed he was from a finance company. I told him I wasn’t interested, but he kept ringing back like five more times. Eventually he gave up after I didn’t pick up. Next day he rang again and spoke to my wife, who said he demanded to know if you were there in a really rude way. She ended the call straight away, but he tried ringing five more times after that. Luckily she didn’t answer any of them.

Honestly, it’s ridiculous how these lot sit there in their tiny chairs, trying to scam folks for some cheap £3 an hour. They really ought to find something better to do with their time. Proper embarrassing behaviour.

For months now, I've been getting constant calls from these financial trading folks, and it's driving me mad. I've told them loads of times that I'm not keen and begged them to stop ringing, but they just won't take the hint. They keep pestering me every single day, demanding to know why I’m not interested. The worst bit is, they don’t even let you get a word in edgeways - just talk non-stop. If I ignore the call, they keep ringing and if I hang up, they’re straight back at it. I block one number and then they switch to another. It’s like a never-ending nightmare!

This number keeps calling, but it's always dead silence on the line, no matter what time it is. Feels like some automated system just phoning out randomly. I don’t trust it one bit, so I’ve just blocked it - doesn’t sound like it was anything useful anyway!

They rang me up and asked if I was X. I just replied with "what do you want?" and then they ended the call right away. I've blocked the number now!

I got a call from an Asian lady pushing some financial stuff. Honestly, I couldn’t understand her at all because she spoke super quickly and had a strong accent. When I told her I was busy, she got pretty annoyed and kept asking why I wasn’t talking. I just ended the call. She called again later but I didn’t answer. Just to clarify, I’m actually in Norway, not the UK.

Whenever a unknown number rings me, I usually pick up but keep quiet. Almost every time, after a moment, the line goes dead with a quick click. If there's loads of noise or talking in the background, I just end the call straight away. Genuine callers tend to leave a voicemail anyway.

This number called me with a lady who had an Asian accent trying to sell some trading investment thing. I decided to mess about and kept her chatting for nearly half an hour. Then I asked if I could put her on hold, she said yes, so I left the phone beside my speakers playing the Benny Hill theme loud for a few minutes. She didn’t come back after that, lol.

Got a call from a lady with an Asian accent pitching some finance trading scheme. I hung around on the call for about twenty minutes just for a bit of fun. Then I said I'd put her on hold, which she was cool with. I left my phone by the speaker blasting the Benny Hill tune for a few more minutes - that seemed to do the trick and she never came back. :)

Heads up about this caller who rings often and speaks with an accent. He tries to push unwanted trading tips and flips out if you say no, getting pretty nasty. The numbers he’s called from include 02023768164 and 02032856353. Stay clear, looks like a total scam!

Honestly, it’s about time Interpol stepped in and figured out what’s behind these constant calls. It’s been going on forever, and no one seems to be doing anything about it. They really need to sort it out, because it’s getting proper annoying.

Proper scam from some call centre, pretending to be a financial service. They start cussing if you don't fall for their tricks. Total waste of time and effort. Best to just ignore the call.

This has to be a con. They ring saying something about a financial offer you supposedly should’ve taken a few months earlier. My missus got a call from this number first, then I got one from 02038071695 telling nearly the exact same tale just a few minutes later. They seem to operate internationally as we’re based in the Netherlands.

They actually rang me first on a different number 020 3807 1695. I’d recently lost my Dad and wasn’t in the mood, so I told them to shove off. Then they called back three times from the same number, and the woman on the line, who had an Asian accent, swore at me, saying f#ck off you f#cking w###. Proper rude.
